Our proprietary chocolate flavoring creates a rich, smooth, and indulgent taste. This high-quality cocoa provides a decadent creamy chocolate experience. 

How long will my whey protein last?
Our whey protein has a shelf life of 18-24 months, depending on storage. Store it in a cool, dry place, and seal the container tightly.

Shipping & Orders

How do I track my order?
After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY.

Due to the nature of our products, which include sealed, ingestible food and dietary supplement products, The Whey Factory does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered, without exception.

Acceptance Upon Delivery

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of receipt and acceptance of the order. Once delivery is confirmed, ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer.

No Refunds or Chargeback-Eligible Claims

Refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will not be approved for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product expectations not aligning with personal preferences
  • Claims made after product opening or use
  • Failure to read product descriptions, labels, or policies prior to purchase

By completing checkout, the customer explicitly agrees that these reasons do not constitute valid grounds for a refund or chargeback.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Limited Review Window)

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, product, and shipping label

Resolutions, if approved, are limited to replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds are not issued.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

The Whey Factory is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Address errors entered by the customer at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Disputes

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may be disputed with supporting documentation, including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Timestamped carrier records
  • Checkout policy acceptance records

Customers who initiate chargebacks contrary to this policy may be restricted from future purchases.

Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order with The Whey Factory, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this All Sales Final / No Refunds After Delivery Policy, which is clearly disclosed prior to checkout and accessible at all times.
